By accessing and using Riskcast construction management platform, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily access Riskcast for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• modify or copy the materials
• use the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display
• attempt to reverse engineer any software contained on the platform
• remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials

Service Availability

Riskcast strives to maintain high service availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service with reasonable notice.

User Responsibilities

• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
• Use the platform in compliance with applicable laws and regulations
• Respect the intellectual property rights of Riskcast and third parties
• Report any security vulnerabilities or unauthorized access

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Riskcast or its suppliers be liable for any damages arising out of the use or inability to use the platform, even if authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

Your use of Riskcast is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs the Site, to understand our practices.

Modifications

Riskcast may revise these terms of service at any time without notice. By using this platform, you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these terms of service.
